 AFK Inc. is governed by a volunteer Committee of Management under a formal Constitution. Our leadership is committed to transparency, ethical practice, and community-led decision-making. We ensure all policies align with our charitable purpose: to relieve the emotional distress and social harm caused by unsafe digital environments. These policies reflect our values and our compliance with ACNC governance standards. 

AFK Inc. is governed by a Constitution that includes a non-profit clause, a winding-up clause, and a clearly defined benevolent purpose in line with ACNC requirements. A copy is available upon request.
